What are your hours of operation?
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Our dispatch team is reachable by phone, text or email at any hour for new reservations and live trip support.
How far in advance should I book a chauffeur?
We recommend booking 12 to 24 hours ahead to guarantee your preferred vehicle class. Last-minute and same-day requests are welcome and are usually confirmed within minutes, subject to availability.
Do you monitor flights for airport and FBO pickups?
Yes. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically for early or delayed arrivals. International arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time and domestic arrivals 30 minutes.
Can I book a chauffeur by the hour or for a full day?
Absolutely. Sedans and SUVs have a 3-hour minimum for hourly as-directed service in the Los Angeles area. Sprinters, minibuses and motorcoaches require an 8-hour minimum. Full-day programs with a dedicated chauffeur are also available for roadshows, productions and events.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sedans and SUVs can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before pickup; Sprinters, shuttles and motorcoaches require 24 hours' notice. After those windows the trip is billed in full.
